We assist our clients on matters such as financial projections and forecasting, enhancement of banking relationships, capital needs planning, computer system implementation, and acquisitions and dispositions of privately held businesses. It is likely that many of our clients have traveled a road similiar to yours. We are confident we can smooth the inevitable bumps in that road and lead you in a direction which will result in a more comfortable ride.
Success in today's complex business environment requires an increasingly higher level of entrepreneurial expertise and business knowledge. Businesses cannot always respond internally to these requirements. Seeking outside assistance is the most cost-effective solution to this problem. To assist our clients in serving their business and financial needs, Paddock Scheck Morse, Inc. recruits only the most outstanding professionals in their field and, to ensure you that our professionals retain their individual advantage, we require them to complete a minimum of one hundred twenty hours of professional education every two years through training programs and seminars designed to enhance and refine each person's technical skills and professional competence. We are proud of our people and their ability to serve our clients' needs.
Our firm is a member of the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. This membership mandates that we have another accounting firm periodically examine our methods and procedures. Through this peer review process, which is in addition to our own quality control programs, we assure you and ourselves that the services we offer meet the highest standards.
The partners and staff of Paddock Scheck Morse, Inc. fully recognize that the path of our future lies directly in providing exceptional service to all of our clients who, in the final analysis, are responsible for our reputation. Our growth and success flow from that reputation. After all, there could hardly be one without the other.
At Paddock Scheck Morse, Inc. our greatest endorsement is the satisfaction our clients continually express in our firm. We achieve this through a team of highly trained and talented certified public accountants who strive to render to each client the individual attention necessary in achieving their predetermined financial goals. However, our clients quickly come to appreciate something more. We take the time to fully understand their needs and goals and achieve this understanding by asking many questions...and then listening. Really listening! After focusing on your needs, we will match you with a team of professionals whose experience and specialized knowledge will help you fulfill your profit potential.
